Services
-
Individual therapy offers a quiet, confidential space where you can speak freely and make sense of what you’re carrying. In this one-on-one setting, you have the chance to slow down, reflect, and explore your inner world with someone trained to guide the process.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based approaches that help you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and move through difficult experiences with greater clarity. The focus is not on labels, but on understanding who you are, what you need, and what will genuinely support your well-being.
-
Le Cabinet du Psy offers online therapy services (telehealth) to clients residing in Quebec, Canada. We use the Jane App, a secure online platform specifically designed for healthcare practitioners, which complies with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR standards to protect your privacy and confidentiality. Online therapy provides a convenient way to receive support wether you are at work or home.
-
We offer parental guidance to support parents as they navigate with young children. Our services provide expert advice and strategies to manage challenges such as behavior issues and emotional regulation. We aim to empower parents with practical tools and insights to foster a positive and nurturing environment for their children’s growth and well-being.
-
Group therapy offers benefits that individual therapy sometimes cannot. It provides a powerful support network where other members often help you discover practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Regularly sharing and listening to others also helps put your own struggles into perspective. Being connected in this way can be truly heartening. Hearing other mothers talk about their experiences and realizing you are not alone can make a meaningful difference in your life.
-
A single 50-minute session designed to help you make progress on a specific issue. This session is not long-term therapy, but a one-time space to gain clarity, find practical solutions, and leave with a clearer perspective. We focus on what matters most, without going into detailed history, for quick and effective support.
